PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Finance Officer is responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support company's operations.

SCOPE

The Finance Officer is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    *
      Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the company's finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner and prepare the financial report periodically
    *
      Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all money
    *
       Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances
    *
      Provide efficient and effective office management including office supplies, documents and computer / office equipment
    *
      Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

    *
      Female, between 25-35 years of age
    *
      Well groomed with pleasant personality
    *
      Good communication skill; able to interact with all levels
    *
      Customer Oriented
    *
      Self-Motivated & able to work in a fast paced environment
    *
      Able to work independently & under pressure with minimum supervision
    *
      Live around Jakarta and can start work immediately
    *
      Fresh graduate are welcome but preferably with minimal 2 years experience
