requires Sales Executives to assist in sourcing new clients in the
Indonesian market.

The primary sales focus will be on our Integrated Payroll Service to
domestic and multinational companies based in Indonesia. This service
is offered in conjunction with a leading multinational Bank and a
local taxation consultancy.

Salary Range IDR 3,500,00 - IDR 4,750,000 + Commission (target
earnings in excess of 20 million per month)

Job descriptions:

Create and execute a sales plan for the Indonesian corporate market
*
Deliver against monthly & annual sales revenue targets and objectives
*
Manage an existing sales pipeline to fruition
*
Provide regular and timely reports to management on all sales activity
*
Provide market feedback to the marketing & product management teams
*
Acquire and maintain a high level of product and market knowledge
*
Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities of the full
range of services offered

Essential skills / attributes:

*
Demonstrable sales track record of on-target performance
*
New business sales experience over the past 3-5 years
*
Experience of sales cycles ranging from 2 to 4 months
*
Experience of selling multiple service lines and identifying
cross-selling opportunities
*
Experience of selling to senior executives in 1st & 2nd tier
corporate organisations
*
1st class presentational & interpersonal skills
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good
attention to detail; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Desirable skills / attributes / knowledge:

*
Experience of selling service-orientated solutions to SMEs
through to Multinational Corporations
*
Understanding of multi-asset environments, especially Equities
and Futures & Options
*
Business or marketing related degree
*
Previous sales team management experience
*
A good range of business contacts in the Asia Pacific Region
