Compensation & Benefit Specialist Post Date: 23 Jun 09

Responsibilities:

1. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing,
implementing, and administering company compensation and benefit
programs.
2. He/she will also responsible for maintaining companies paying
structure, establishing compensation – related policies and
procedures.
3. Create wage analysis, internal compensation data, and also
making grading and employee pay recommendation.
4. Develop new benefit programs as appropriate for employee and
company business.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree (S1) from related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years solid experience in Compensation and Benefit.
3. Broad knowledge of designing compensation and benefit structure,
general human resources management, and taxes related to employment.
4. Good in analytical thinking and numerical.
5. Good in communication and interpersonal skill.
