ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR

ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR Post Date: 26 May 09

Your main responsibilities include :

*
Monitor, analyze and organize all the incoming letters /
information / documents
*
Obtain, follow up and analyze all the required information which
is related to the business unit performances – financial and non
financial
*
Provide informations, data, & documents that will be needed by
the Director.

The preferred candidate must has the following qualifications:

*
Min. Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting / Finance with min. GPA
3.00 (MAster Dgree Preferable)
*
Male/ female, Max age. 27 years old.
*
Fresh Graduate / Max 3 years experiences as Management Staff.
*
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
Detail oriented, strong quantitative and analytical ability
*
Excellent planning, analysis, project and budget management skills,
*
Ability to speak in English fluently
