GROUP BUSINESS STAFF Post Date: 03 May 09

JOB SUMMARY :

Perform Policy Admin processes for all group policies. Performs front
to end processes (update system – issue endorsement/disbursement
administration – sent endorsement/letter to policy owner – reports).
Handles Group Business data entry and certificate delivery.

ACCOUNTIBILITIES :

*
Ensure that Grup processes are in line with SOP & WI
*
Handles inquiries from internal parties regarding Group transactions
*
Validates Group incoming before processing
*
Performs follow up activities for incomplete or invalid requests
*
Input New Business applications for Group Business
*
Liaises with internal parties to solve Group issues, i.e :
system fixing or procedural issues
*
Reconciles Group data with internal and external parties, i.e :
accounting, etc.
*
Partipating in UATs for all new product

REQUIREMENTS :

*
Bachelor degree from any subject, preferably with good academic
records from reputable university
*
Possess relevant working experience for at least 1 year in
insurance industry
*
Possess good capability to communicate, both verbal and written,
in English
*
Basic knowledge of Insurance Products and Insurance Operational
