Job Description:  

    *
      Manage and Coordination with Commercial Dept. for Preparing invoice and VAT
    *
      Filing documents and other resources
    *
      Preparing proforma invoice
    *
      Preparing business letter
    *
      Preparing daily schedule (Shipment, delivery, payment, etc)
    *
      Etc

 

 

Requirement:

    *
      Female with minimum S-1 in economic, accounting, business administration / management or related majors
    *
      Having minimum 3 years experience in the same position
    *
      Minimum 30 years old
    *
      Well organized and discipline
    *
      Accurate, familiar with details job
    *
      Good command in written and oral English
    *
      Have a business understanding in tax
    *
      Computer literate/Microsoft Office
    *
      Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature & dynamic
